Hi, everybody!
We're gonna talk about weapons you usually carry in the streets.
What is your personal protective arsenal?
Do you carry handgun, knive, or prefer non-lethal weapons such as tasers, stun guns, sprays?
What is your favourite weapon?
What is your most desirable weapon you don't have at the present time, but want to get? |

Most of the time I carry a benchmade griptillian (the 551 with the modifided drop point blade), but I sometimes carry a S&W double edged boot knife. That usually stays next to my bed though. I also like to carry chains, ropes, ect. My favourite weapon overall would have to be an M1A carbine, but for every day carry I'd have to go with my benchmade. The one thing that I'd love to get my hands on would be a 9mm sig special. |

My best street defence are my hands, my feet and my mind. _________________ "I am completly out of ammo....That's never happened to me before." |

Hi! two years ago I got 10 mm auto Glock 29 - that's a great pistol I can always rely on. to my mind it's a perfect choice for self defense - compact and light, it has 10-round magazine capacity and very high bullet energy.
And I also carry Spyderco endura for additional protection. |

personally i like my nunchaku as they are small enough to carry around with or leave in your vehicle and they also hurt alot when you get hit by them and also the rope/chain is great for choking your attacker unconscious. _________________ may god have mercie upon my enemies, because i wont! |

Goat, I sure hope you're talking about toys here. It is insane to carry a kama and two crossbows on your person from day to day.
I used to carry an LED flashlight with tailcap switch, but none of them had adequate clips. Seriously, I've tried top brands--Pelican, Gerber, they just don't work. I still have an LED on my keychain (PrincetonTec) but that would be more a safety thing than self-defence. In the summers I carry a Spyderco Delica, and in winter the 4' Voyager, clip point.

I carry my Ruger p85 Handgun and a Butchers knife that is rigid and VERY sharp enough to cut someones head clean off Now I don't want to do that but if my life is in danger I will _________________ If you know that there is no way out of the situation take matters into your own hands go all out to hurt an attacker |

i find that the best street defence handgun is the beretta m 92.
it is amazingly reliable and has beter acuracy than my glock g 17.
the m 92 has a better look to it and fires like a dream. i would
say it is the nicest firearm i have ever had the pleasure of
fireing.is a great choice for self defence. my second favorite choice
for self defence is the desert eagle mark xix .50 AE. has a great
sound and scares the fuck out of any little prick who wants to try and fuck with you. fire it once and every one will run and hide. you dont even need to have the bitch loaded to comand great respet. not a gun for pussy's
and the faint of heart. |

I have two concerns, 1st is are those carrying weapons, carrying legally. 2nd is if your not legally carrying a firearm, why not. The majority of the states in the United states have provisions that allow anyone over 21, with no criminal background, or history of mental illness receive a permit to carry a concealed weapon. If you are carrying a weapon and it's not legal all I can tell you is that you are responsible for making it more difficult for honest people to properly defend themselves and therefore making it easier for the bad guys to hurt them.
In response to the post I lawfully carry a glock 30, foxfire 10% OC, ASP 21" expandable baton, and a cold steel voyager with tanto point. I dont necessarily allways carry them all at the same time but depending on my mett-tc I have a combination of them. |
