A kid I know has crazy anger problems, and is about 4inches and 50+pounds heavier than me. He told my sister the other day he is bringing a group of people to my house (probably 3-4 people, possibly 5) to kick the shit out of me in the near future.

Any ideas on how to defend against thisif it actually happens?

My room has only one entryway so I'm sorta beat for running but its a rather largish room so I have some degree of maneuverability.

As far as I can tell and know, the kids who would come are cowards and if one of them goes down (the big one cause he's the 'leader' and the most menacing one, as well as the only one I know for a fact I can't beat in hand to hand unarmed combat) they will either be off guard allowing me time to make up a plan or they will run.

Currently I have the door/windows setup so that if anyone opens them at night, I'll wake up.

My current plan of action is if they come to the house and get inside I will scream for my sister to call the police, and then go straight for the big one with a metal chair leg that's in easy access for me to get, by go at I mean swing at his head so he goes to catch it (I know for a fact he won't dodge), and the instant that occurs I have a narrow blade ready (I keep it with me at all times in the house now) for stabbing up into his stomach.

I don't want to be a violent person and sound 'tough' describing how I'm planning to take down someone, but quite frankly the only way I can see to defending myself is badly injuring the big kid with a weapon (physically I can't compare to him and there's no way I could take him down other than a kick to the knees, but that isn't as mortifying to his friends as me stabbing him)

Does anyone have any ideas on how I should go about defending myself if 3-5 people break into my house intent on kicking my ass?

I have no training in anything, but I used to have mock fist fights w/only rules being no face/nut shots with my friends, as well as army friends.

I'm 18, these kids are 16-17.

OK. Generally speaking, home intrusion is a serious crime - you can use even deadly force to defend yourself when attackers are breaking into your house. For this kind of situation I prefer shotgun - it's very powerful weapon and looks very impressive; shotguns are usually easily accessible from a legal point of view.
You can use non-lethal shotgun ammunition for home defense (with rubber bullets) - shot of rubber bullet from 12 gauge produces knockout effect on assailant without killing him (but at a very short distances such ammo can be also lethal).
If firearms are not available for you - at first take a fire extinguisher. There are several types of fire extinguishers and nearly all of these types can be successfully used for self defense. Carbon-dioxide extinguisher erupts freezing jet which perfectly stops people and bring very serious harm to eyes nice shot

Foam and powder extinguishers are also great self-defense tools. Soda-acid fire extinguisher is probably the most primitive, but it also perfectly works in self-defense. I recommend foam-type - it evolve a lot of foam which stuns and deactivates attackers, and brings virtually no dangerous bodily harm to them. After throwing extinguishing compound on attackers' faces you might use an empty can of extinguisher as a big baton.
Meet them with the axe - it looks much more impressive than the knife, and can put intruders to flight - usually man armed with the axe creates very serious impression bloody saw man

I'm currently 18 and stillliving with my mom/sister, so no guns in this house. Especially with how often I have people over and lack of hiding places.

I've thought of the fire extinguisher, as well as possibly improvising (I know its a bad idea but it was a fun thought to toy with) and making a flamethrower with a large water gun filled with WD40 or something similarly flammable. The videos I've seen of those little guns made me very eager to make one, but my cop friend said that it would be SO illegal Wink

I'll probably go with the fire extinguisher simply because it will create mass confusion as well and give me a chance to eith er
1. escape
or
2. beat the living hell out of all of them

do not create weapons, that will tell the police you were expecting these guys, so they'll know you took the law into your own hands.

the axe is a good idea. but the problem is as its such a large weapon they will convince themselves thats why they ran, and they will attack youy on the street next time knowing you dont have it. the knife is good cause the wont know and will be even more wary next time.

If your faced with a group the bast thing to do is jus take on the ringleader, all of his cowardly coronies are there for a show and he'll be wanting to make you an example soooooooooooo your best course of action is to take a baseball bat to him. ( just his arms, legs and stomach! ) that way, the cops will see that you intended to imobilise him instead of going for his head with the possibility of killin him. I you go wild enough, his friends will be a bit apprehensive to mess with you......make HIM an example. oh and the reason i say baseball bat i the cops wouldn't see it as a weapon that you INTENDED to use, jus say it was at hand at the time and your main instinct was to protect your sis and property. GOOD LUCK BUDDY!

Personally if those particular people came to my house they would regret it. Biggest guy would take a hit to the leg and chest with the Glock 17, the rest I think would either run, or face my Protecta shotgun. A tip- leave it unloaded, so when the leader in rolling on the floor and you are stood there with a massive shotgun, you can pump it slowly. Thats loading it and makin them think you are a crazy guy ready to KILL!! rocket launcher

why dont u call the cops and report it. then if he still comes over, use a baseball bat or a golf club.
