I sure hope this guy writes better than Robin Cook. I'm reading Crisis, and the guy can scarcely put together a grammatical sentence.

Anyone know a thriller writer who actually understands the art of writing, and can describe things beyond colour and brand name (e.g. Tiffany solitaire, Brioni blazer)?

I just finished an Elizabeth McCracken. She writes brilliantly... if only she did medical science suspense....
