On March 28th, Relson Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt, Phil Cardella, will teach a Self-Defense Seminar in Tyler, Texas.
Phil, an experienced professional Martial Artist, is focused on teaching women how to defend themselves in the event of an attack, and recently taught a Self Defense Seminar in Houston, Texas at the George R. Brown Convention Center.

Date: Saturday March 28, 2009
Time: 10:40am-12:40pm
Place: Lone Star Mixed Martial Arts Gym
Cost: $30 for each hour of the seminar
Phil Cardella, a former Marine, owns the Relson Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Academy in Austin, Texas, and is the Head Instructor.
Directly following the Self Defense Seminar, Phil will teach a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Seminar from 1-3pm, and then a Mixed Martial Arts Seminar from 3:20-4:20pm. After all 3 Seminars are complete, he will be offering Private & Semi-Private lessons.
Private lessons will be offered at $100 per hour
Semi Private Lessons (2-3 students): $75 each person per hour
Small Group (4-6 students): $50 each each person per hour
