Hi all, earlier on i was in the bathroom when i heard a noise in the garden i (being a little guy) looked for a weapon fast but was in the bathroom so i picked up a can of hairspray and a lighter and went out to look, couldnt see anything down my alley to the side of the house so i let loose a couple of bursts from the spray couldnt see anything so went in.
What i would like to know is if i had caught someone with this would i be in the crap?
Also what is considered reasonable force? (uk)
And what self defense items are legal in the uk (mace, tasers ect)
Thanks, jake |

Reasonable force to defend yourself in your home is ok. But there are gray areas in that.
Most courts consider what a reasonable person would do. Research your laws or talk to a lawyer.
Good luck. _________________ Best Safety And Defense
