My name is Ryan, 31 yrs old and I am originally from New Jersey but about 10 years ago I moved to Upstate NY. I have always been that hoodlum kid  who was constantly getting suspended from school and bar fights that led to sleeping on the iron over night  Since then I have grown up and dont think fighting just to fight is worth it nor is it appropriate. I have been instructing reality based self defense courses for the last couple years and really grown fond of training again. I started up a small side business cqcny and just instruct on the side as a hobby and to keep in shape. I love to share ideas and thoughts on MA and RSBD and hope to learn and even contribute here when I can. I also love long walks on the beach and my favorite food is NY city style pizza. hahaha
