has anyone else read these ebooks? they are supposed to be the best way to build strength and fitness for martial arts/street defense available and many people swear by them. however I have just downloaded them and some of the ideas are a bit unorthodox to say the least! What does everyone think?

I'm just downloading it now, but...

Tsatsouline is well known as one of the great masters of combatives S&C (strength & conditioning), and is one of the first to popularize kettlebells in North America. He has collaborated with Tony Blauer, one of my favourite SD instructors. Thanks for the links.

That said, the first link put a virus on my laptop. A bad thing. I should always check .exe files first, but didn't this time. Don't open the .exe. Just get all the .pdf's and then delete the whole shabang.
