Hello there,

Yesterday, I nearly got mugged, but fortunately due to an amazing set of lucky circumstances, it didn't happen. What happened was as I was leaving work, before getting the train home, I went to the restrooms, to answer a "call of nature" Embarassed

. I was inside a shopping centre, and as I walked towards the bathrooms, I noticed a bunch of teenagers hanging around outside. I hesitated for a moment, they looked at me, I looked at them, and then I decided to go to another bathroom instead. Thinking back, it was a bit strange to see a bunch of teenagers haging around outside a parking lot bathroom at 7.30 pm. But during the time I was more concerned about not soiling myself and getting home Rolling Eyes

The next day at work, one of my work mates tells me that some young woman got mugged out there, around the same time I just left. Anyway what happed was, the poor lady was hit, my mate chased after him. After he ran into the other teenagers, he quickly ran back into the other direction.

Thinking back, I wondering, what if that was me there Shocked

!. I mean, even if was was ambushed while doing a number 2, I think I was confident of being able to fight them off. At them time, I was carrying a Cree LED Tactical light with a striking bezel and a kubotan on me and had a 3C cell maglite in my bag. But still, it does scare me just thinking about what happed if I didn't go to a different bathroom.
