Just wanted to share this with you guys as a hello to the group, it is something everyone should see. You think you are a tough guy or a macho, well you can go down easily in a fight unless you know these simple moves. It is perfect for everyone, male or female.

Ummm, no one is invincible and talisman thinking, ("Wear this shirt and you are blessed - the bullets cannot harm you!") fails in the face of stark reality.
Thanks for sharing what seems to you to be the cat's whiskers but, as the man said,
"There is nothing new under the sun."
I like all his stuff that I could see on this little clip - and I liked it the first time I saw it in its various pieces over the years and in various karate, tai chi, cqc classes etc.
His "by the numbers" approach (an easy to remember check list), to the larger logistics is commendable, much like the color code to rate a situation for danger, and I like it that he drops the numbers, the "by rote / memorize this" when it comes to applying the techniques.
But when he says he's the only one, he is wrong... He is few and far between but not unique. This is just a marketing ploy.
The problem is of course, that you have to kiss a lot of frogs to find a real prince. Frogs never lie, right? 
I liked everything he said except being the only one, and I liked his moves (fast, coordinated and on target). I'd like to spend some time with him.

That vid is laughable. When I saw the VAJ vid series years ago, I thought it was lame. This vid simply shows that they haven't evolved.
Not even close to the best RBSD programs out there.
