If you have never been kicked there, this is obvious a scam and women should not contact you.
I was previous a law enforcement officer-female and I have yet to run into a man that could be kicked into the groin with steel toed boots or heels for that fact and have no reaction.
You may be an odd case or have no feeling in your testicles.
