If you search for "self-defense" or "self-defence" on Youtube, you will find yourself awash in unmitigated crap: mostly traditional martial art dead patterns, and shots of teenaged girls practicing crappy palm strikes on focus mitts. It's much easier just to look for MMA, etc. on there.

Has anyone found any good video material on Youtube on self-defence?
