If we're honest, most of us don't train completely thoroughly for self-defence. What do you consider the most conspicuous holes in your own training? I have good stand-up, clinch, and ground, knife/anti-knife, stick, mass attack, pre-contact, scenario-based stuff with impact-reduction gear. However, I have done absolutely nothing with protection of a third party (e.g. family), no live vehicle or long-room scenarios (e.g. plane/bus), and nothing with projectile weapons (e.g. OC, gun).
